Manufacturing Journey

From drawing
to finished part.

  1. Step 01

    Drawing Overview

Read the drawing by checking dimensions, tolerances, material, threads, surface finish, and GD&T symbols.

  2. Step 02

    Material Selection

Material are arranged to the specifications customer provide, or mentioned in the drawing.

  3. Step 03

    Setup Planning

Work-holding, tooling and the machining sequence are planned for the component.

  4. Step 04

    Machining Execution

The component is machined on CNC, VMC or lathe depending on the operations required.

  5. Step 05

    Inspection & Quality Checking

Dimensions are checked against the drawing before the batch is dispatched.

  6. Step 06

    Finishing & Packing

Deburring, surface finishing, and secure packing ensure parts are ready for dispatch.

  7. Step 07

    Delivery & Repeat Orders

Proven setups allow faster turnaround for repeat batches, ensuring consistency.
