Dimensions are verified against the supplied drawing before a batch leaves the shop. Where a component has critical features, we agree the checking method with you at the quoting stage rather than after machining.

Checking process
Four points where a part gets checked.
First-off check
The first component from a setup is measured before the batch is released to run.
In-process checking
Dimensions are monitored during machining process so the defected components are caught at the early stage rather than at the end.
Final inspection
Parts are checked against the drawing before packing and dispatch.
Any certification we hold will be listed here with its issuing body, scope and validity once the documentation is verified. Until then we make no certification claims.
